Bidfood Expo 2022

Recently took place the 14th Bidfood Expo. The largest domestic gastronomic event for the professional public. There was also a culinary show of leading Czech and world chefs, prestigious culinary competition organized by the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic and degustation.

We would like to congratulate the winners of the competitions Chef of the Year 2022 – 2023, Confectioner of the Year 2022 – 2023 and Gastro Junior Bidfood Cup 2022. We wish you many more successes not only in professional life!

You could get acquainted with the most modern procedures in gastronomy and see trends in professional equipment, not only for the kitchen.

As a partner of this event, you could not overlook us at this year's fair. Petr Svejkovský and the entire Premium gastro team were honored to introduce you to several of the many brands of their varied portfolio.
