Purpose, legal title and time of processing personal data

The personal data we process about our customers, suppliers, business partners and others relates to the provision of our services and the offer of goods in electronic wholesale. In most cases, it is a name and surname, or a company, telephone and email, ie data without which it is not possible to communicate with you and thus ensure the sale of goods from our electronic wholesale on the basis of a concluded contract.

 

If you have voluntarily given us consent in the past to send business messages, we process your personal data for marketing purposes of our company, especially for the purpose of sending information about events, etc. 

 

For these purposes we process the following personal data: name, surname, company , phone and email. You can unsubscribe from sending commercial communications at any time via email with a request to notify at hb@premium-gastro.com. Alternatively, by checking the appropriate box within the business message.

 

If you communicate with us via the contact form or via any email address, we do not further process your personal data and use it only for the purpose of processing your order of goods or questions and comments.

 

If you contact us by phone, we monitor your call in order to evaluate the quality of the information we offer and to evaluate the services of the information provided, we record this without any time limit.

 

If you decide to visit us in our showroom at Františka Diviše 1012/64, 104 00 Prague - Uhříněves, or at our company's headquarters, your movement in these areas is monitored by a camera system for the protection of property and personal safety. The record is kept for 8 days.

 

Due to legitimate interest, we also process and store basic personal data about our former employees (name, surname, title).

An exception is the state authorities, to which we must provide this information in connection with criminal investigations and court proceedings. For all such entities, with the exception of state authorities, we require the processing of your personal data in accordance with the conditions of personal data protection and the above-mentioned legal regulations.

We process and store the personal data of our customers, suppliers, business partners and other persons for the time strictly necessary to ensure the rights and obligations arising from the contract, and for the period for which we are obliged to retain data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.

 

We process your personal data obtained on the basis of voluntary consent for the purpose of sending business messages and for marketing purposes until your consent is revoked.

In accordance with the above legal regulations, you have the right to receive information about the data we process about you. You also have the right to correct or block incorrect or outdated data, the right to restrict processing and the right to object to processing, the right to delete.
