The dehydrator Excalibur 4400 is the compact model of four trays, with a capacity of 0.32 m2, the third part of a nine trays dehydrator 4900, being the smallest, useful and silent of all Excalibur range. Like its bigger brothers, can dehydrate without changing trays’ position during all the process thanks to its horizontal dehydration system or Parallexx. It is ideal for dehydrating small quantities so as to keep parts ready for service at the table. Built in high quality polycarbonate and durable over time and to any blows or falls. Trays and removable elements dishwasher-safe, precise temperature control from 29 to 68 °C. We also havemade to measure Teflon sheets.
