The individual dishes displayed on the EcoServe GN system allow guests to take and carry the entire mono portion so they don't have to handle anything else, and they can also be sure they are the only person handling their portion.
The monoporce allows for better control of fresher food as the dishes can be refilled gradually
Three sizes are available:
Large, 6pcs on EcoServe GN base.
Small, 12 pcs on Ecoserve GN base
Square, 8 pcs on EcoServe GN base
Lids can be purchased for each product.
