The Boro collection explores light, transparency, and playful interactions. It is made of low expansion glass which can easily handle thermal shock ranging from freezing to high heat. For Martin Kastner, the shape was a big challenge, as it requires unique production technology in conjunction with handmade work at studio. After several years of discovering the possibilities of borosilicate glass, Martin has really managed to produce this exceptional product and we are happy to introduce it.
